1. License Grant

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, RobustConnect grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the RobustConnect platform ("Software") for your construction and professional networking needs.

2. Permitted Uses

• Create and manage your professional profile
• Connect with other construction professionals
• Post and browse job opportunities
• Use messaging and communication features
• Participate in the community feed
• Browse and rent construction equipment

3. Restrictions

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Use the Software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Software
• Interfere with or disrupt the Software or servers
• Use automated systems to access or interact with the Software
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Software and all related intellectual property rights are owned by RobustConnect or its licensors. This license does not grant you any rights to our trademarks, service marks, or logos.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create and post on RobustConnect. By posting content, you grant RobustConnect a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Software.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

7. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. RobustConnect may terminate this license at any time if you breach any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software.

8. Disclaimers

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. ROBUSTCONNECT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL ROBUSTCONNECT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which RobustConnect operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
